AMENDMENTS TO PROCEDURAL BY-LAW NO. 01-2008
9(b) Regular Meetings
Council shall hold two regular meetings per month, on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers unless otherwise decided by resolution.
9 (b) -1 Council shall hold one public meeting each month on the fourth Monday at 7:00 p.m. and one informal meeting for Mayor and Council.
14 (d) Decisions of Council
The chairperson shall be exempt from voting. He or she shall vote only when the question is to be decided by a simple majority and the vote is divided equally, in which case he or she shall cast a deciding vote.
14 (d) - 1 The Chairperson/Mayor will have a vote on all matters pertaining to Council
