Mary Ellen Black, Administrative Clerk
Mary Ellen Black assumed the position of Administrative Clerk on a temporary basis in May 2008. The duties were various and included ordering furniture and equipment, setting up the office as well as Clerical duties until such time as the position was filled on a full time basis. She has remained with the Rural Community as Accounting Clerk on a casual basis.
Mary Ellen graduated from Stanley High School and Atlantic Business College, and has several years experience in the School Districts as well as with the private sector. Mary Ellen presently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Boiestown Seniors Housing Inc., Treasurer of Hillcrest Chapter # 40 OES, and Envelope Steward of the United Church of the Boiestown Pastoral Charge. She lives in Boiestown with her husband, Geroge. They have two daughters and two grandchildren.
